Zero-knowledge rollup
Definition: A zero-knowledge rollup is a Layer 2 design that uses validity proofs to demonstrate that batches of off-chain computation follow the rollup's rules.
Different ZK-rollups use different proof systems, data-availability models and compatibility layers, so the term describes a family of designs rather than one implementation.
How this concept appears in Terenval Wallet
Terenval supports ZK-oriented L2 networks including ZKsync Era, Linea and Scroll as distinct network contexts.
Important: Verify the exact network and bridge route because similarly named assets can exist separately on Ethereum and a ZK-rollup.
