Finality
Definition: Finality is the point or confidence level at which a blockchain transaction or state transition is considered extremely unlikely or impossible to be reversed under the protocol's rules.
Different chains and L2s use different notions of soft confirmation, safe state and final settlement.
How this concept appears in Terenval Wallet
Terenval can display transaction status, but the meaning of finality comes from the selected blockchain or Layer 2 protocol.
Important: Do not assume one confirmation has identical finality properties on Bitcoin, Ethereum and every L2.
