Base
Definition: Base is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built with the OP Stack and designed to execute EVM-compatible transactions while settling to Ethereum.
Base has its own chain state and fees; using the same 0x account address does not merge Base balances with Ethereum mainnet balances.
